Leaping Toads received a visit from London-based Book illustrator, Egle Gelažiūtė – Petrauskienė who is part of the creative workshop “Migrating Birds”. She told students how she entered the profession of working in illustration, shared the creative process and the fun oddities of this day-to-day activities.

Our certificate ceremony on 6th of October 2014 was very memorable because … someone kidnapped our teachers!
It was very bad timing because on that same day, pupils came far and wide to Leaping Toads for this special presentation of their certificates to parents.

On September 24th 2012 Sandra Bogdanova visited our school.
She reached the Arctic this spring and is an archaeologist and active explorer whose life is filled with traditional crafts, cinema, theatre, new circus, ecology, botany, music and a passion for innate identity.

On 9th June 2011, the Lithuanian designer Jolanta Rimkutė visited Leaping Toads “Mano pirmieji mokslai”. Her cooperation with Leaping Toads began in Lithuania, as Jolanta and our school’s founder Mrs Simona Staputiene and Jolanta participate at the annual world Lithuanian artist’s workshop “Migratory Birds” (“Migruojantys paukščiai”).
