Leaping Toads and music teacher Lina are delighted to invite families with children to a very creative afternoon and interactive concert.

Concert special guest, renowned Italian composer and pianist RODOLFO SARACO.

Biography of Rodolfo Saraco

Rodolfo Saraco, pianist and composer, was born in Crotone (Calabria, Italy) in 1986.

Here he commenced musical studies at the age of 7 and studied piano at the Conservatory “S. Giacomantonio” of Cosenza where he graduated with honours.

He plays for different associations (among which “AGIMUS of Padova”) and in different national and international concert series, as a soloist and as a chamber musician.

His repertoire ranges from the music of eighteenth century until the music of the present day

Rodolfo has been gained several awards including:

In 2009 through the “Vacanze Musicali in Calabria” was awarded a grant to take part at the “Tirana Music Festival” (Albania), where he was followed by M° Michele Rossetti.

In 2010 – Erasmus grant that allowed him to study abroad, in Germany, at Hochscule für Music “Franz Liszt” of Weimar, under the M° Xiaohu Xing’s guide.

He is co-author of an operetta, “Molly degli Aviatori”, performed on 20th october 2012 at “Gambaro” Theatre of San Fili (CS).

He has participated in many composition masterclasses, with the composers G. Testoni, J. De Pyllecin, L. Ferrero, and to a Donizetti’s opera (Alina) revision at the Conservatory of Cosenza.

In November 2014 he obtained a grant to take part at the composition masterclass with M° Michele Dall’Ongaro at the contemporary music festival “URTIcanti” of Bari.  < Back
